We are seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and help deliver exceptional care and service to our patients and clients.
Position Summary
The Hospital Manager is responsible for the overall operational, administrative, and team leadership functions of the hospital. This role ensures the clinic runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care, client service, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations
Lead, motivate, and support veterinary and administrative staff
Manage scheduling, workflow, and team productivity
Maintain a positive, collaborative work culture
Business & Financial Management
Monitor budgets, revenue, and operational expenses
Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
Client Experience
Ensure exceptional client communication and service
Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally
Support initiatives that improve patient and client satisfaction
Compliance & Quality
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and safety protocols
Maintain hospital policies, procedures, and best practices
Support continuous improvement in patient care and clinic operations
Qualifications
Previous veterinary hospital or healthcare management experience preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and operations management
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
